Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to lead and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role blends data center technical knowledge, customer relationship management, and industry-specific insight.

You will serve as the client’s advocate, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive value-added insights on HPC and AI trends. Onsite collaboration and timely onboarding of new clients are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles with a track record of converting interactions into results.
• Experience in mission-critical data centers, AI hardware/software, Nvidia ecosystem partners.
• Knowledge of HPC, AI infrastructure, and hyperscale tech.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data center operations, or HPC systems.
• Proven high-touch account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact to liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Develop long-term HPC relationships and grow the AI/HPC portfolio.
• Analyze customer personas and demographics to generate leads.
• Lead networking events to build local and channel partner relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to attract prospective HPC clients to data centers.
