Job summary

Corvid HPC is seeking an HPC/CAE Applications Engineer in Mooresville, NC. You will work on computational physics, simulation workflows, and high‑performance computing across diversified challenges.

Responsibilities include diagnosing runtime solver issues, onboarding CAE models with client teams, and automating parametric sweeps and multi‑physics pipelines using Python and Bash. On-site Lake Norman campus with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with CFD/FEA in professional roles or capstone projects.
• Hands-on CAE experience with multiple solvers.
• Basic Python or Bash scripting and Linux familiarity.
• U.S. Person per work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve runtime solver errors on HPC clusters.
• Onboard CAE models with client engineering teams.
• Automate parametric sweeps and multi-physics pipelines.
• Run benchmarks and assess server hardware for scaling.
