Pay and Schedule

$19.00 per hour, up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
• Report performance and provide competitive insights
• Support sales in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Welcoming customers and offering assistance and product guidance
• Accurately document and report sales
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with outgoing personality
• Experience engaging with customers and demonstrating products
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• 1‑year job experience required
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
