Job Overview

Position: Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate
Location: Best Buy 464 – Wyoming, MI 49418
Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday preferred, flexible Friday options may be available.
Pay: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products and tailor demonstrations to customer needs.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report sales activity, competitive insights, and track performance to Retail Operations.
• Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• 1‑year overall job experience required.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy interest.
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
