Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Location: Best Buy 325 – Mishawaka, IN 46545 and surrounding office supply stores.

Day‑in‑the‑Life

• Demonstrate HP products at BestBuy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report on sales and competitive insights.

Responsibilities

• Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Advise customers on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales and activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

Qualifications
