Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate to support Best Buy in Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on demonstrating HP products, building customer rapport, and driving in-store sales with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

The position requires availability for evenings and weekends, with a schedule up to 15 hours per week. Training is provided and a daily technology reimbursement is offered to support performance.

Qualifications

Overview

Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Regular

Location: Best Buy 28 – Green Bay, WI 54304

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and engage customers to build rapport.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Provide reporting and competitive insights.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously.
• Escort customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm.
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• One‑year job experience required.
