Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

About the Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs, build rapport with customers, and develop professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day in the Life

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness

Qualifications

Job Description

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
