Job summary

Airgas in Houston, TX is seeking a Zone Maintenance Planner to lead TAR management and project engineering for ASU, CO2 and VSA locations. You will plan, schedule, and execute complex turnaround projects while upholding safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the TAR lifecycle.

Require a BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 5 years TAR or project engineering experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Maximo and I-Procurement.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years TAR management or project engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Maximo and I-Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Model safety behavior; enforce safety rules; establish safety culture.
• Ensure TAR integration with Capital, Controls, Eng or Ops teams.
• Lead TAR planning, staffing, and execution across scopes.
• Drive TAR schedule optimization and resource loading.
• Provide cost and schedule reporting; conduct post-TAR reviews.
