United Wireless is seeking a District Sales and Operations Manager to drive both sales and operations across up to 12 retail locations. You will lead a fast-paced, high-energy team, standardize processes, and uphold company policies while delivering measurable results.

The role requires 2–5 years of management and sales leadership in a high-volume environment, with duties spanning recruitment, development, and accountability, plus P&L analysis and partner relationship building to grow market

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• 2–5 years of sales and sales management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for up to 12 retail locations in the district.
• Standardize processes, assign responsibilities, and measure results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
