Job summary

DioniLife is expanding its presence in Houston with a field-based sales role focused on growing distribution, accelerating rate-of-sale, and building the portfolio across local accounts. The ideal candidate resides in Houston and loves beverage retail and hospitality.

Responsibilities include account development, tastings, and activations, collaborating with a distributor partner, and delivering revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships across On Premise and Off Premise

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage sales, alcohol distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, retail, or related field with proven growth in sales and distribution.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales revenue, volume, and distribution targets in field territory.
• Established relationships with Houston-area retailers, bars, restaurants, hospitality groups, event organizers and other partners.
• Strong understanding of Houston beverage, hospitality and retail landscape including On Premise and Off Premise channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Houston's annual DioniLife sales volume and distribution targets.
• Act as local ambassador for DioniLife portfolio of innovative beverages.
• Complete 50–60 account calls and/or brand activations per week in key neighborhoods.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for meetings and events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and follow-ups.
• Secure new placements in coordination with the local distributor partner.
• Increase retail execution in key On and Off Premise accounts to grow rate-of-sale.
• Identify and open new accounts across all channels.
• Conduct product samplings and consumer activations throughout Houston.
• Develop community partnerships to drive brand awareness and trial.
