Working with Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Partners, you will map talent pools, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and maintain accurate records in ORC.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing technical, engineering, or leadership roles.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for multiple functions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

• Engage passive candidates via personalized outreach and relationship building.
• Present qualified candidate slates with market insights to senior staff.
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics in ORC and other systems.
• Support employer branding and talent community development.
