Job summary

Enable Ministry Partners, a division of Enable Resource Group, is seeking a mission-minded Service Desk Technician to join our Houston team. You will troubleshoot client technology issues and deliver responsive, compassionate support to church clients.

This role emphasizes relationship-building and clear explanations of technical concepts to non-technical users, with a strong focus on service and teamwork. We offer a supportive culture, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support handling Tier I–II tickets.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience managing Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Windows OS knowledge and ability to pass background checks.

• Serve as initial contact for remote client tech support.
• Build client relationships through active listening.
• Collaborate within a team environment.
• Identify and implement resolutions quickly with critical thinking.
• Explain complex concepts in simple terms for all skill levels.
