Enable Resource Group is seeking a mission-minded Service Desk Technician to join our growing team in the Houston area. You will troubleshoot and resolve technology issues for Enable clients, while maintaining a strong client-first service attitude and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities include being the initial contact for remote support, building client relationships, and collaborating with teammates to deliver efficient resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support handling Tier I–II tickets or a relevant technical degree.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID and Windows OS.
