Palacios Marine & Industrial Coatings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Houston region, owning safety, people development, client relationships, and project execution.

You will drive the regional operating plan, forecast revenue and backlog, and deliver profitable results across multiple industrial sites. The role requires ten-plus years in industrial construction or services with leadership of multiple projects, strong client management, and a proven track record in improving

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial construction/services with 5+ years leading multiple projects or a regional operation.
• Proven P&L, job-cost, revenue forecasting, and workforce planning experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in project management, job-costing, and operational reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally; valid driver's license; ability to obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the Houston region, ensuring safety, quality, scope, schedule, and financial targets.
• Own regional P&L, revenue, gross margin, backlog, overhead, and cash flow.
• Maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, labor, equipment, and completion; review costs and margins.
• Ensure disciplined turnover, pre-job planning, scope reviews, and change management.
• Allocate resources across projects to control overtime and avoidable costs.
• Partner with estimating, sales, and leadership on pipeline planning and growth; nurture client relationships.
• Recruit and develop project managers and field leadership; build succession.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; stop-work when unsafe.
• Use KPIs to provide updates and lead business reviews; drive continuous improvement and risk management.
