You will develop operational strategies, manage labor and subcontractors, and mentor field teams while maintaining client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within the industrial and mechanical construction industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in operations management or a relevant field.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and operational software.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership and operations teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships

SUMMARY:

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution of projects while building strong teams and maintaining client relationships
