Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospice or home health leadership experience.
• Branch Administrator experience strongly preferred.
• Strong people leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of hospice regulations and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for hospice agencies within your region.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and workload balance to support care quality.
• Coach and mentor Branch Administrators and Directors to build high-performing teams.
• Travel routinely to branch sites to engage with teams and guide performance.
• Review care coordination, visit frequency, and documentation timeliness.
