Job summary

Connect Workforce America, a Texas-based recruiting agency, seeks a Sales & Operations Branch Manager to launch and lead the Houston operation. The role requires developing a profitable client portfolio, selling recruiting services, and coordinating a bilingual recruiter and support team to deliver high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in recruiting or human capital services.
• Two+ years in sales leadership, branch management, or account portfolio management.
• Proven success generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing new business.
• Experience selling recruiting or human capital services is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Houston/Texas business market.
• Experience serving manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, transportation, construction, or technical companies is preferred.
• Ability to lead recruiters and coordinate multiple client searches.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients in Greater Houston.
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, events, and client visits.
• Identify client hiring challenges and craft recruiting solutions aligned with operations.
• Conduct discovery meetings with HR, operations, procurement, and executives.
• Prepare proposals, establish pricing, negotiate agreements, and close business.
• Maintain sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate the recruiter and sourcing team to meet client deadlines.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional positions and locations.
• Represent Connect Workforce America at events in Greater Houston.
• Translate client requirements into recruiting plans and service expectations.
