Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales in industrial/manufacturing preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas.
- Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
- Leadership ability to manage a small team.
Responsibilities
- Develop local sales strategies to expand the client base.
- Build long-term client partnerships through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
- Coach recruiting team to achieve performance goals.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive branch profitability.
- Lead new business through prospecting, cold calling, and client visits.
