Job summary

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of relevant investment experience in investment banking, private credit/direct lending, or a comparable credit-focused investment role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, particularly three-statement modeling, credit analysis, and underwriting.
• Demonstrated ties to Houston and a long-term interest in the market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed three-statement financial models, credit analyses, and transaction underwriting models.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, including business fundamentals, capital structures, and downside risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to senior investment professionals.
• Participate in due diligence, transaction execution, and closing processes.
