Job summary

Pharmacy Innovations is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a 3–4 person sales team and personally drive growth across the Houston area. This hands-on, player-coach role requires daily in-person calls, compelling presentations, and strong collaboration with marketing, pharmacists, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/business development, 2+ years of leadership, and a track record of achieving goals in healthcare-related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, compounding, or related healthcare services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently to providers.
• Willingness to travel daily throughout the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s daily execution; establish priorities and keep the team focused on goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees with regular meetings and field coaching.
• Personally drive sales; maintain active territory, develop provider relationships, and hit sales goals.
• Make daily field sales calls visiting clinics and healthcare providers.
• Represent the pharmacy; communicate capabilities and services to providers and staff.
• Develop and implement regional sales plans with marketing; translate plans into team goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, operations, customer service, marketing and leadership.
• Maintain accurate records, activity reports, and sales forecasts; ensure commitments are met.
