Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services.
• Existing relationships with physician offices or long-term care facilities is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Call on physician offices, specialists, and medical practices to drive new patient prescription referrals to our pharmacy
• Build and maintain relationships with group home operators, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care organizations
• Present our pharmacy's services, delivery capabilities, blister packing, and medication management programs to decision makers
• Work with insurance coordinators and billing staff to make transitioning patients seamless
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including workers' comp, hospice, and home health agencies
• Represent the pharmacy at healthcare events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
• Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and results on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
