Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer Incident Reporting in Houston, TX. The role offers flexible scheduling with fixed anchor shifts and optional additional shifts to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $16.48 per hour and prior security experience is preferred. The position requires at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by applying security procedures and site policies, including emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, loading areas, parking areas, and property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents, and communicate to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
