Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer in Houston, TX. The role offers flexible, anchor shifts with options to pick up additional shifts for extra earnings while maintaining a reliable base schedule.

You will perform security procedures, respond to incidents, and patrol a logistics site to deter unauthorized activity, while maintaining logs and reporting to site leadership. Earn $15.16 per hour with various shift options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing may be required for some roles as per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, building entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, property damage, unsecured doors or gates, and hazards observed during patrols.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
