Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (outside sales, account management, or related).
• Experience using a CRM like Salesforce or similar tools.
• Must be located in Houston, TX with own vehicle, able to travel to multiple customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients by visiting local businesses in person.
• Own the full sales cycle from meetings and presenting solutions to closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
• Consistently exceed sales targets through relationship-building and strategic outreach.
• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts with renewals and rate reviews.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve client challenges and maintain seamless service.
