Job summary

Dunkin in Houston is seeking a District Manager to oversee 4–7 Dunkin’ locations, driving performance and guest experience across the district. You will lead store teams, monitor operations, and implement promotions while maintaining brand standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires travel across the district and a focus on coaching, mentoring, and cost control to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Passion for great coffee, great people, and great service.
• Willingness to travel throughout your assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for 4–7 Dunkin’ locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, food safety, and team morale.
• Ensure stores meet all brand, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead and execute new product rollouts, marketing promotions, and seasonal updates.
• Recruit, hire, and retain store-level leadership (GMs, Assistant Managers).
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and high energy.
• Monitor and manage P&L performance for each store.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Implement action plans to improve profitability, sales growth, and cost control.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints in partnership with store managers.
• Represent the brand in the local community and encourage local store marketing efforts.
