Responsibilities

• Lead and support store managers to achieve operational excellence across multiple locations
• Ensure stores meet Brand operational and food safety standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues proactively
• Model and coach a high-performance culture aligned with Brand values
• Visit stores regularly to monitor performance and mentor leadership
• Drive sales, control costs and optimize profitability across the district
• Coordinate with franchise owners and the Field Operations team on initiatives
• Prepare and review payroll, budgets, and cost controls for stores
