Trident Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand metals distribution in the Houston, TX area. This full-time role focuses on growing industrial steel sales, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person visits and market analysis.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-quality products and services while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Formación

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in steel, metals, or industrial markets.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Present and promote new products and services.
• Prepare, deliver and negotiate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate regularly with Inside Sales and other departments to support customer needs.
