Qualifications

• Established reputation and extensive professional network in the Houston AEC market.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and growing revenue.
• Demonstrated success leading major pursuits and multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of Houston business environment and industry partners.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies to expand Halff's presence in the Houston region.
• Serve as the market ambassador and relationship leader for public/private sector clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business across multiple market sectors and service lines.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and strategic client relationships.
• Lead major pursuits from positioning through proposal, interviews, and award.
• Coordinate cross-selling to deliver integrated solutions across practice areas.
• Collaborate with Solution Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Marketing to align growth objectives.
• Build relationships with industry organizations and community leaders in the region.
• Represent Halff at industry events and conferences to raise the firm’s profile.
