Halff seeks a dynamic Market Leader in Houston or The Woodlands, TX. This role represents the firm, drives strategic growth, and strengthens client relationships across the region. You will lead multi-disciplinary pursuits, coordinate cross-team collaboration, and build a robust pipeline with key industry partners.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in AEC, a strong Houston network, and a proven ability to win complex projects while expanding Halff’s regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Established reputation and extensive network in the Houston AEC market.
• Proven track record growing client relationships and generating growth.
• Led major pursuits and multidisciplinary projects successfully.
• 15+ years in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or licensure preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Houston region and Halff offices.
• Active involvement with ACEC/ULI/NAIOP/GHBA/AIA/AGC or similar groups.
• Experience expanding market presence across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies for Houston region.
• Lead market ambassador role with public/private sector clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors and service lines.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and relationships.
• Lead pursuits from positioning to contract award with stakeholders.
• Promote cross-selling of Halff’s services to deliver integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders to align market strategies with firm growth.
• Develop relationships with key industry organizations and community leaders.
