You will oversee contractor HSE management, governance processes, and ongoing improvements to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations. You will lead onboarding, prequalification, and performance assessments, partnering with Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and HSE leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Excel: data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, dashboards.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and visual reporting tools.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices.
• Understanding of management principles including training, goal setting, employee development, communication, and delegation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and work within technical environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting accident investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.

Aufgaben

• Lead contractor HSE management and compliance programs and develop standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Maintain visibility of contractor activities through onboarding and approval processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and HSE leadership on contractor qualification requirements.
• Manage contractor prequalification systems, databases, and documentation.
• Review contractor HSE performance metrics, certifications, training requirements, and compliance records.
• Conduct assessments and audits of contractor HSE programs and field execution.
• Identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop contractor risk profiles using indicators, incident data, and audit findings.
• Design and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to communicate contractor performance and risk.
• Monitor industry best practices and recommend program enhancements.
• Develop and manage HSE programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track and evaluate safety performance indicators and support investigations and corrective actions.
