Job summary

DeZURIK is seeking an on-site Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Houston to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the site. You will own the full HR spectrum, partnering with a collaborative HR team and addressing talent, onboarding, engagement, and employee relations while supporting site goals.

As the sole on-site HR resource, you will recruit, coach leaders, and drive initiatives, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR practical experience preferred.
• Progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Experience supporting frontline leaders on engagement, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to address urgent needs in a manufacturing environment.
