Job summary

DeZURIK, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor across the site. As the sole on-site HR resource, you will cover the full HR spectrum and partner with the HR Centers of Excellence and site leadership.

You will recruit, coach leaders, support employee relations, onboard, drive engagement, and help solve operational challenges with a manufacturing focus. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience supporting frontline leaders on engagement, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.
• Flexibility to address urgent needs in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

At DeZURIK, we're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Houston operation and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the site. This role is ideal for an HR professional who genuinely enjoys doing all the HR things. As the sole on-site HR resource, you'll have the opportunity to work across the full HR spectrum while partnering with a collaborative HR team across the organization.

If you thrive on variety, relationship-building, and balancing strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, this could be the perfect role for you. One day you may be recruiting key talent, the next you're coaching leaders, supporting employee relations, facilitating onboarding, driving engagement initiatives, or helping solve operational challenges alongside site leadership. While this is a broad HRBP role, talent acquisition will remain a significant area of focus as the site continues to grow and evolve.

You’ll work closely with site leadership to strengthen culture, develop talent, support business goals, and ensure team members have the resources they need to succeed. You’ll also collaborate with DeZURIK’s HR Centers of Excellence and HR Management Team to deliver consistent, compliant, and values‑based HR practices.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience supporting frontline leaders and team members on engagement, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule and provide support to address urgent employee or operational needs, special events, or other business requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $86,158 to $107,698 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
