Job summary

Worley is seeking a US Director, Project Controls to provide leadership for all project services disciplines, including cost management, estimating, planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting. You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring successful delivery across a diverse portfolio.

This highly visible role partners with project and regional leadership to drive performance, execution excellence, and business success, establishing the vision for the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in project services, project controls, or project management.
• Significant leadership experience managing large teams and complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead project services disciplines, including project controls, cost management, estimating, planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team across a diverse project portfolio.
• Develop and execute the project controls strategy aligned with Worley’s objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive project performance and operational excellence.
• Present complex project data and strategic recommendations to executives.
