Job summary

Zipline is expanding its Houston merchant network and seeking exceptional Field Sales Representatives to lead local growth. This role involves 90% in-field engagement with restaurant and retail owners, cultivating relationships, and signing new merchant partners to join Zipline’s autonomous delivery network.

You will manage a defined territory, build a robust pipeline, and drive performance-based compensation with no cap on commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, field sales, or business development.
• Experience selling into SMBs is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your assigned Houston territory.
• Visit 20-40 restaurants and retailers every day.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective merchant partners.
• Close an average of 5 new merchant partnerships per week.
• Become a trusted advisor to local business owners by understanding their business and Zipline’s value.
