Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in title and closing services.
  • ALTA Best Practices experience preferred.
  • Licensed Escrow Officer preferred (must obtain license within 6 months of hire).
  • Thorough knowledge of title and closing processes and real estate industry standards.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage subordinate representatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and client-based systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, motivated team player with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of land-related documents and prepare rejection notices when necessary.
  • Review contracts and confirm pre- and post-closing items, including payoffs, taxes, HOAs, insurance, and commissions.
  • Prepare and review settlement statements and closing disclosures for accuracy.
  • Cultivate new business relationships with residential agents.
  • Maintain knowledge of Texas title insurance requirements and regulatory changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to credit union and Title/Closing operations.]

Salary: $68,578 - $100,856 annually depending on experience and licenses.

Availability Requirements: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
