You will oversee project management, construction oversight, contracting, budgeting, EH&S, and vendor management, with opportunities for career growth within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4-6 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance/operations experience.
• Experience managing service side on portfolio of multifamily assets and multiple construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead project and construction management efforts for multifamily assets.
• Oversee design-build projects, contracting, and vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, casualty response, and insurance claim oversight.
• Provide EH&S support and leadership development.
