AIR Communities, headquartered in Denver, CO, seeks a Director of Service & Construction to join our Asset Quality and Service team in Houston, TX. This role supports Operations across portfolios, focusing on P&L adherence, CSAT metrics, and team development.

You will oversee project management, construction oversight, contracting, budgeting, EH&S, and vendor management, with opportunities for career growth within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4-6 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance/operations experience.
• Experience managing service side on portfolio of multifamily assets and multiple construction projects.

We are looking for aDirector of Service & Constructionto join our Asset Quality and Service team supporting our Operations teams in Houston,Texas.

• Specific areas of ownership and expertise include but are not limited to operations support, support of and education in adherence to property P&L, support of CNOI, EGI and CSAT goal metrics and team member development.
• Leadership and supervisory roles in project management, construction management, design build oversight, contracting, vendor management, budgeting, casualty response, insurance claim oversight, and EH&S support.

What You Bring

• Degree in property management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 4-6 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance and operations experience.
• Experience managing service side on a portfolio of multifamily assets, andmultiple construction projects independently.
