Job summary

Advantage Pro Services is seeking a Field Service Manager in Houston, TX to lead field operations, schedule crews, and ensure high-quality exterior service. This is an in-person, on-site role reporting to the President/Operating Partner with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage dispatch, optimize crew efficiency, and develop technicians while maintaining safety and a strong field presence.

Qualifications

• Field-first leadership experience running crews in home services or similar trades.
• Ownership mindset; measures by results.
• Valid Texas driver license with clean record.
• On-site availability across Houston (local role).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a real plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch crews across Houston on-time.
• Staff, route, and maintain target efficiency.
• Inspect the work and catch problems before the customer sees them.
• Train technicians and coach veterans; build lead techs and drivers.
