Job summary

Trinity Surfaces in Houston, TX, is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative to grow our presence with General Contractors, Flooring Contractors, and design professionals. You will promote our premier surface solutions and drive project specifications.

The role focuses on building a structured sales plan, hosting CEU events, maintaining client libraries, and identifying new prospects. Travel within the Houston territory is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in interior finishes or design.
• Strong network within the design and construction community.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel within the Houston territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured sales plan—meetings, goals, and follow-ups.
• Host at least two CEU/product luncheons or events monthly.
• Maintain organized client product libraries and present our full line regularly.
• Identify 10+ new prospects each quarter and secure key decision-maker meetings.
• Tailor solutions to client needs and clearly communicate our product advantages.
• Respond promptly to requests for samples, data, and quotes.
• Participate in team meetings and at least one local industry networking group.
