Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager for Engineering to expand our presence in the Houston market. This remote role partners with industry-leading clients, develops new business opportunities, and helps organizations solve critical talent challenges, backed by a global workforce solutions leader.

You will build relationships, qualify prospects, and drive solutions with Manpower and ManpowerGroup, aiming at hitting targets and expanding accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling Staffing Solutions, preferably in Professional, IT or Engineering staffing.
• Experience selling staffing solutions and workforce services.
• Must reside in the Houston, Texas market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential new clients in your territory and present how ManpowerGroup can solve talent challenges.
• Service existing clients with staffing solutions and expand opportunities within accounts.
• Achieve targets by being proactive, agile, and results-driven.
