Job summary

Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC (SAFCO) is seeking an experienced Auto Finance Relationship Manager to own and grow the Houston market. You will manage dealer relationships, visit 8-10 dealers daily, and drive funded volume with an end-to-end territory approach.

This field role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions; top RMs exceed $150,000 all-in. You will work with an Account Manager and Regional Manager, use Salesforce, and benefit from a strong, dealer-focused program.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Current residence in the Houston, TX metro area; this is a field role.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with F&I managers, GMs, and dealer principals.
• Disciplined pipeline management; fluency with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of franchise and qualified dealers, visiting 8-10 per day and traveling locally within Houston metro.
• Grow funded volume with dealer partners through regular visits and fast follow-up.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and prospect, present, and sign new dealer partners.
• Coach dealer F&I teams on structuring deals and demonstrate SAFCO Assist live.
