Job summary

SAFCO is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for Auto Finance in Houston, TX. You will own the territory, working with both established dealers and prospects, managing a robust pipeline, and driving growth through visits and real-time coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record in indirect auto finance along with strong relationship-building and presentation skills. Competitive compensation includes a $60,000 base plus uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales with funded-volume targets.
• Current residence in the Houston, TX metro area for field role.
• Self-directed and accountable with an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Houston territory and grow relationships with established dealers.
• Conduct 8-10 dealer visits per day and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Coach dealer F&I teams and demonstrate SAFCO Assist platform.
