Job summary

SAFCO in Houston seeks an experienced Auto Finance Relationship Manager to own and grow the Houston market, inheriting an established dealer network and active pipeline for immediate impact.

You will manage the Houston territory end-to-end, travel locally, coach F&I teams, and collaborate with an Account Manager and Regional Manager to maximize funded volume through SAFCO Assist and quick funding.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in indirect auto finance territory sales.
• Current residence in the Houston, TX metro area.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with F&I managers, GMs, and dealer principals.
• Fluency with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of dealers, visiting 8-10 per day and traveling locally around Houston.
• Grow funded volume with active dealer partners and fast follow-up.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and sign new dealers.
• Coach dealer F&I teams on structuring deals and use SAFCO Assist for faster funding.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce in real-time with inside Account Manager.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to leadership.
