Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree and ability to supervise staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
• Ability to complete required Title IX training and respond to incidents.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations of the 118-bed residence hall.
• Oversee housing applications and resident eligibility.
• Assign rooms and maintain occupancy records.
• Coordinate resident move-in/move-out procedures.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Resident Assistants (RAs).
• Coordinate resident orientation and student engagement activities.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency procedures with Campus Police.
• Maintain accurate housing and incident records and provide updates to the Dean of Student Success.
• Coordinate Title IX compliance activities and training.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other College officials on Title IX matters.
