Dilkon Medical Center | Winslow Indian Health Care seeks a Housing Specialist to coordinate tenant leases, inspections, and contracts within budget, collaborating with housing agencies and staff to secure safe, affordable homes for at-risk individuals.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and excellent communication. You will manage Rent Manager and TMA software, assist with applications, and ensure adherence to program rules and Navajo preferences.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits hours; relevant experience acceptable.
• Two years of progressive housing specialist experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Receives correspondence related to tenant appliances and home warranty issues.
• Receives all correspondence related to tenant work orders and home inspections.
• Assists in coordinating contract and procurement within budget.
• Assesses clients’ eligibility and housing/service needs; ADA units.
• Collaborates with local housing agencies and WIHCC housing team.
