Job summary

LIHI in the Seattle area is seeking a Supportive Services Manager to supervise case managers across multiple Permanent Supportive Housing sites and drive system-wide implementation of grant priorities.

You will translate goals into practice standards, coordinate program policies, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with governmental grants and Medicaid billing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in social work or related field; MSW preferred.
  • Experience in case management and supervisory roles.
  • Background in grant management highly desired.
  • Knowledge of local social service resources.
  • Experience with homeless individuals/families and related needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision of staff.
  • Experience handling confidential information and files.
  • Familiarity with property management desirable.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to prepare reports and budgets.
  • Must pass background checks and possess a WA driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, conduct orientation and train Case Managers at multiple sites.
  • Directly supervise up to 10 Supportive Services staff.
  • Support collaboration between staff for resident outcomes.
  • Participate in program evaluation and best practice development.
  • Oversee case management records for QA and data management.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance on cases.
  • Engage in direct-resident support when needed, including crisis intervention.
  • Conduct site visits and periodic audits of services across sites.
  • Coordinate grant life cycle from proposal to close with finance and program staff.
