Job summary

Leidos is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives at our FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports HUD and FHA programs, answering housing questions and guiding renters, homebuyers, and homeowners through resources.

Work is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule. The pay is $17.00 per hour, with benefits starting on day one, ongoing training, and eligibility for Public Trust after hire. Opportunities exist for overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume contact center handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience following SOPs to ensure accurate, consistent responses.
• Experience using knowledge bases and internal tools to resolve inquiries.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance, including credit check and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public about housing and FHA mortgages.
• Use SOPs and knowledge base to answer customer requests accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call center and address complaints.
• Document email and phone communications in the internal database.
