Responsibilities

• Perform and complete all intakes, GHV/HCV applications, and provide required documentation.
• Schedule interviews, verify income, compute rents and utility allowances, and process recertifications on deadlines.
• Explain policies to owners participating in GHV and HCV Programs.
• Ensure vouchers are issued timely and managed after issuance.
• Assist voucher holders and case managers in finding acceptable units.
• Transition eligible GHV participants to HCV after initial year or per requests.
• Explain rights and responsibilities of GHV/HCV Programs to stakeholders.
• Collect, compile, and submit data for program evaluation and grant reporting.
