Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required; degree or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Support housing intake, eligibility, and placement.
• Maintain resident files, lease agreements, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with case managers & therapists to support residents.
• Conduct housing inspections and ensure HUD/state compliance.
• Address resident concerns, support eviction prevention & conflict resolution.
• Track housing availability & occupancy goals.

Strong organizational skills

Ability to enforce agreements with compassion and fairness

Interest or experience in housing, property management, or human services

Educación
