Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Support Specialist to coordinate client interviews, manage move requests, and process rent determinations within the Community, Rehabilitation, and Wellness Program.

You will assist voucher holders and managers with unit searches, explain program rights, and maintain accurate participant records, with monthly reporting to the RRSS Program Manager. CPR and SAMA certification are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with GHV/HCV programs preferred.
• Ability to explain program rules to landlords and participants.
• Strong organizational skills for intake and recertification timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and GHV/HCV applications.
• Schedule interviews and verify income.
• Compute rents and utility allowances.
• Assist voucher holders with finding units.
• Maintain participant records and submit data for reports.
